In concert with three schools—Brethren School in Manistee County and Edmondson School and YouthBuild in Detroit—Caroline Court conceptualized, fabricated and installed a sculptural bench, Complements Hands Hearts Cars Carts, which appears to be a large wheel rising from the ground. The classic relationship between the natural world and mineral resources of the Upper Peninsula and the manufacturing prowess of southeastern Michigan are symbolized in the materials, colors, and geometrical forms used in the project.
