Tour Guide Training

Becoming an Art Park Tour Guide is one of the most fun and rewarding ways to get involved. Some guides prefer to work with adult groups, while most enjoy leading students on tours during school field trips.
This required training is the first step to becoming an art park tour guide. Each training takes approximately 2.5 hours.
If you are unable to attend on these date, but are interested in this role, we would still love to have you.
Training includes
- Time in the park
- Information and tutorials from staff
- Printed resources
- Trail guide with info on art and artists for reference
All new tour guides spend time shadowing experienced guides before leading their own group.
Commitment levels can be customized to your availability. Field trips are 1-3 days per week, primarily in October and May.
