Michigan Legacy Art Park will be joining Crooked Tree Arts Center at their Traverse City location for a night of art, edibles and socializing. “Swirl,” is a monthly event held at Crooked Tree’s gallery on Sixth Street and features art, music, food and drink.
A presentation by MLAP Executive Director Renee Hintz will take place during the event, which runs from 5:30 to 7 pm on Thursday, October 15. Swirl will feature music by flutist Nancy Stagnitta and guitarist Ron Getz, while guests also enjoy the gallery’s Members Show exhibit.
Guests will enjoy samplings of artisan ciders and meads from Acoustic Draft Mead and appetizers by chef Andi Pellicci of As You Dish Catering.
Tickets are $15 in advance, or $20 at the door. The event is for ages 21 and up.
